Bought a leaky raincoat at Kopen Voor Minder via bol.com, reported it several times, tried to call, filled out forms, but both bol.com and Kopen Voor Minder did nothing about it. Very disappointed, had hoped to buy a waterproof raincoat and no one is doing anything now.
